Your Hola Lola purchase is guaranteed to please.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, just follow the steps below within 14 days of receipt.

Please return items in new, unworn / unwashed condition.

To return or exchange items you purchased online at: www.hola.lola.net

1) Please complete the return/ exchange form on the back of your original packing slip and enclose the slip with your return. (If you no longer have the packing slip,please enclose a note requesting refund or exchange, including your name, address, phone number and email address.)

2) Package securely and ship via traceable carrier such as USPS< UPS or FedEx to:

We process returns promptly, and you should receive your exchange or refund within a few weeks. Charges refunded to credit cards will appear on your statement within the next two billing cycles. Original shipping fees are not refundable and we cannot reimburse the cost of return shipping.

To return or exchange an Hola Lola item purchased from a retailer:

Please contact the retailer for further assistance. We cannot accept returns of any Hola Lola merchandise not purchased directly from us.
